What we eat not only nourishes our body but also shapes our mind, emotions, and energy? According to ancient yogic wisdom, Annam (food) is far more than just fuel, It is the very building block of who we are, influencing every dimension of our life.

In this one-month workshop, we invite you to explore food in its truest essence along with yogic practices.
Week 1: Discover the Six Rasa (Tastes)
Understand and experience how each taste influences your health, emotions, and overall vitality. Also we ll be doing the yogic practices. you will learn how different tastes affect your health, emotions, and overall energy. You’ll see how the food you eat can bring balance to your body and mind. Along with this, we’ll practice simple yogic techniques to help you feel healthy, calm, and focused, creating a complete experience of well-being.
Week 2: Explore the Connection Between Food and Diseases
Learning how to bring balance to your system through mindful dietary choices. Also we ll be doing the yogic practices. You will learn how to bring balance to your system through mindful dietary choices, understanding how the food you eat affects your body and mind. Along with this, we’ll practice specific yogic techniques to support your overall well-being, helping you feel more energized, focused, and peaceful.
Week 3: Experience Bhavana, Connection Betwwen Mind
Transform eating into an act of awareness and offering. Also we ll be doing the yogic practices. you will learn how to transform eating into an act of awareness and offering, bringing mindfulness and gratitude to every meal. Along with this, we’ll practice specific yogic techniques to deepen your connection with your body and mind, creating a balanced and fulfilling experience.
Week 4: Uncover the Role of Natural Elements & Importance of Fasting
Uncover the Role of Natural Elements. Also we ll be doing the yogic practices. You will uncover the role of natural elements and how they influence your health, energy, and overall well-being. Along with this, we’ll engage in specific yogic practices to help you align with these elements, bringing balance and harmony to your body and mind.
Overall Outlook: Hands-On Cooking Sessions: This isn’t just about theory. You’ll learn how to prepare simple, nourishing recipes inspired by yogic principles. We will guide you step-by-step in creating dishes that energize your system, boost immunity, benefits of fasting and bring mental clarity.
