What includes in this workshop
Margazhi is a spiritually significant period when the relationship between the Earth and Sun fosters maximum stability. The Sun's gravitational pull during this month creates an unparalleled opportunity for grounding oneself physically, mentally, and energetically. This stability is essential for inner balance and progress, making Margazhi a transformative time for those on the spiritual path.
This Margazhi Sadhana Workshop iis integrated with powerful yogic practices like Yoga Namaskar, Simha Kriya, Margazhi Meditation, and tools to balance the water element, supporting a holistic approach to stability and perception.
DAYS 1–3: BUILDING THE FOUNDATION
Starts with Yoga Namaskar Challenge 5 cycles of Yoga Namaskar. 1 cycle of Simha Kriya in session Guided Margazhi Meditation Nadi Shuddhi: 4–6 rounds for energy balance. Water connection: Immersion techniques. BENEFITS: Activates the spine and strengthens the body with Yoga Namaskar. Brings emotional clarity and calm through Simha Kriya and Nadi Shuddhi. Stabilizes the water element, grounding emotions and reducing psychological imbalances.
DAYS 4–6: STABILITY IN ACTION
Continue 5 cycles of Yoga Namaskar with refined postures. Deepen Simha Kriya practice Extend Margazhi Meditation Maintain water connection practices with increased awareness. BENEFITS: Improved balance and perception through consistent Yoga Namaskar. Emotional stability and enhanced mental focus. A deeper connection to your energy and inner stillness.
DAYS 7: REFLECTION AND ALIGNMENT
Special Focus: Refine alignment in Yoga Namaskar for improved efficiency. Longer meditation for self-reflection and insight. Check-in: Assess physical and emotional changes. BENEFITS: Sharpen awareness of physical alignment and energy flow. Observe the stabilization of water elements through conscious practices.
DAYS 8–12: STRENGTHENING STABILITY
Practices: Progress to 7 cycles of Yoga Namaskar for greater activation. Continue Simha Kriya (1 guided + 2 self-practices). Extend Margazhi Meditation to 20 minutes. Increase Nadi Shuddhi to 6–8 rounds. Water element focus: Incorporate water awareness during meditation. BENEFITS: Deeper activation of the spine and energy system through Yoga Namaskar. Strengthened immunity and stability in body and mind. Grounded emotions and balanced energy.
DAYS 13–15: DEEPENING PERCEPTION
Practices: Continue 7 cycles of Yoga Namaskar with increased flow. Focused self-practice of Simha Kriya. Meditation extended to 25 minutes. Water practices for emotional alignment. BENEFITS: Enhanced perception and mental clarity. Noticeable emotional balance and resilience. Improved stability, enabling effortless meditative states.
DAYS 16–20: EXPLORING ENERGY DIMENSIONS
Practices: 7 cycles of Yoga Namaskar, refined and mindful. Simha Kriya: Maintain consistent practice. Meditation deepens to 25 minutes. Nadi Shuddhi: Extend to 8–10 rounds. Water connection focus: Awareness of the water element’s calming effects. BENEFITS: A profound sense of ease and alignment in the body. Heightened perception and mental stillness. Balanced water element fostering emotional harmony.
DAY 21: MID-SADHANA REFLECTION
Special Focus: Mindful Yoga Namaskar to enhance presence. Meditation reflection: Observing changes in stability and perception. Group sharing: Inspire and motivate each other. Benefits: Strengthened body-mind connection through refined practices. A renewed sense of commitment to the sadhana.
DAYS 22–26: MASTERING STABILITY
Practices: 7 cycles of Yoga Namaskar. Simha Kriya and extended meditation (25–30 minutes). Nadi Shuddhi and water element alignment. BENEFITS: A profound sense of stability and vibrance. Emotional and psychological grounding through water practices. Effortless meditative state
DAYS 27–29: REACHING YOUR PEAK
Practices: 7 cycles of Yoga Namaskar with flow and precision. Meditation extended to 30 minutes. Full 10 rounds of Nadi Shuddhi. BENEFITS: A realization of your inner transformation. Clearer perception and heightened awareness. Full emotional and psychological balance.
DAY 30: COMPLETION AND TRANSFORMATION
Practices: Final 7 cycles of Yoga Namaskar, performed with gratitude. Reflect on your Simha Kriya and meditation journey. Closing relaxation with gratitude for Margazhi’s transformative energy. BENEFITS: A sense of fulfillment and deep inner stability. A clear roadmap for continuing practices independently.
